Hands & Fingers wax(s) will be done by our therapists today
Quick, easy & pain-free and the perfect finish to my gel manicure thank goodness for the Brazilian Waxing ladies, no hair is safe!

What Area Is Included?
This covers the back of your hands from your wrists and the tops of your fingers and only takes 30 seconds.

Your hands and fingers will be included in our full and half arm treatments but you can book in for them separately, it's great just before one of our gel manicures, it's like hand makeover heaven!

To Wax or Not To Wax?
Generally, nobody cares if you have hair here, it's absolutely normal. For some women though it can really personally bother us. Like me, you might find yourself wishing it wasn't there and you may be tempted to shave them off... please don't! They come back really strong. Waxing will remove them from the root and when they grow back they will be fine and fluffy until they are ready to be waxed again.

Our hands are out all the time, from typing on a keyboard to having a drink, they can say a lot about our lifestyles. It's always a nice feeling after a wax, the moisurising cream goes on, followed by every ring you own, then the nail polish comes out and you won't be able to stop looking at your handy work :)

Things to consider BEFORE a Hands and Fingers Wax

1) We cannot wax anyone who has been on a sunbed within 24 hours or if you are sunburnt.

2) Exfoliate the area before your appointment. It will help to lift out ingrown hairs and get you a smoother result.

3) Don't remove any hair from the area for at least 2 weeks before your first wax for best results. The hair needs to be the right length for the wax to 'grab' onto. If you can pinch the hair it is long enough.

Things to consider AFTER a Hands and Fingers Wax

1) You must not use a sunbed or sun bathe for 48 hours after a wax.

2) Redness in the area is normal and will subside within a few days.

3) Wait for any redness to fade then exfoliate everyday in the shower to avoid in growing hairs.

4) Hair grows on a 28 day cycle so we recommend getting waxed every 4 weeks. The more you wax the longer it takes to grow back again :)

5) Never shave between waxing! It makes your hair grow back thicker, makes your wax more painful, your hairs more stubborn and un-does the benefit of your wax.
